Silver Spruce Village is a quiet   34-unit condominium village in Evergreen, Colorado.   Beautiful Colorado blue spruce, ponderosa pine, cottonwood, bristlecone pine, aspen and willow trees stand tall among our five buildings.  Little Cub Creek and Bear Creek border our property and draw elk, deer, fox and other wildlife.  Evergreen Lake, great coffee houses and restuarants, speciality shops and art galleries in historic downtown Evergreen are within walking distance.   Evergreen is well known for a variety of fine art galleries, music venues and community performing arts.  At 7,200 feet altitude, Evergreen is located 30 miles southwest of Denver with easy access to both downtown Denver activites and mountain communities.

This website is an information resource for our homeowners and a place to communicate with our Homeowners Association Board of Directors.  Registered members receive important Community Association announcements via email (like upcoming Association meetings, community events, etc).
